A new Exception Report is added in Payroll21. Exception Report lists the negative salaried employees with their salary details. The report is provided as an option under Salary processing screen such that user can view the exception report immediately after processing the salary.

This report helps the user to view the negative salaries calculated by the system and makes it easy to cross check the salary details of these employee before confirming Salary Process. User can export this report in to Microsoft Excel.
