Now Payroll21 comes with a Variance Report. Variance Report shows difference in salary details of all employees for two selected months and a pay group.

This report helps the user to identify the difference in salary details between any 2 months and the reason for the same (Salary revision, LOP, Arrears etc). In this report, separate tab sheets are provided for General, Earnings and Deduction component details. With this, user can view the difference in Employee Worked Days, LOP Days, LOP Revoke Days, Gross Salary, Gross Deductions, Net Income, TDS amount and all Earning & Deduction component values of any 2 months. User can export this report to an Excel file.
