Reimbursement Management System in Payroll21..


Normal reimbursements can be handled in Payroll21 by defining one or more non-salary earning components. But there is a separate reimbursement module in Payroll21 to handle more flexible reimbursements.

With this module enabled in Payroll21, user can define multiple reimbursement groups with each group having the period, eligibility amount, monthly ceiling etc defined. Each group can contain multiple reimbursement components and for each component user can again define, eligibility amount, monthly ceiling etc. Reimbursement entries can be made multiple times in a month for the same component.
