Using this functionality, user can create different Paygroups for different categories of Employees. User can create separate set of components (earning, deduction and supporting components) for each Paygroup and process the salary Paygroup wise. This allows the user to define same component (HRA, DA etc) with different formula for different Paygroups (Workers, Management Staff etc). User can also define separate set of holidays, leave etc for different Paygroups. Reports can be viewed Paygroup wise.
