Payroll21 has an optional interface with Sage Accpac ERP. Payroll21 can give an Excel output that can be readily read as a JV in Accpac. User has to do certain set-up in Payroll21 to get this JV output. Following are the set-up details:

• GL Account codes to be defined for each salary component (facility to define both Dr & Cr account codes against each component)

• The Accpac Account code segments to be defined in Payroll21

• The Accpac Optional Fields to be defined in Payroll21

• The default values of the fields in the Header & Transaction details to be defined in Payroll21

The Accpac JV can be created from Payroll21 as a single file or as multiple ones (one JV for each Division, Department etc).
