eTMS is the online Training Management Module in Crown HRMS.

With eTMS, inhouse training program can be planned and executed in an efficient manner. This web enabled module allows the training department to create and schedule training programs online that can be viewed by employees. Employees can view scheduled programs with details (dates, instructors, syllabus etc) and register. Training department, based on different factors (like time of registration, approval received, skill level required etc), can confirm or reject registrations. Once the training program is completed, results can be entered. A number of useful reports are available from this module.
