.....eLMS  -  an on-line  Leave Management System


eLMS is an online Leave Management System that makes the life of HR people  easy by handling all aspects of Leave Management without the need of any paperwork. Different types of users - HR staff, Managers and Employees - can straight away start using the package without any prior training. Users can access eLMS through any standard browser. The Software will be installed at customer premises and users can access the data through customer’s intranet/internet network.

eLMS can work as an independent package or can be integrated with Payroll21 - the payroll processing package from Topsys.

Employees

  •  leave can be applied in a simple way through a calendar interface

  • summary of current year leave taken and balance (for each leave type) on Employee screen

  • leave ledger - complete details of leave credited/debited with balance, in a ledger style display

  • holiday calendar

Managers/Approvers

  • facility to view all pending leaves against the logged-in Approver and approve or reject leaves

  • can view the leave taken details of any employee under the Approver

  • facility to view leave taken details of all employees under the approver, between any given dates, together

  • approver gets an email notification whenever there is a leave to be approved

 HR/Admin Staff

  • HR staff performs the admin function in eLMS and they can create/edit all Master data (Employee Master, Leave Groups, Leave Types, Holidays etc)

  • Approvers can be defined and assigned against each employee

  • all admin actions are logged to a log file

  • user access control allows different admin staff to be given different rights

  • leave ledger of any employee can be viewed by admin staff

  • Admin staff can cancel any leave

  • leave adjustment entries (credit or debit) against any employee can be entered

  • employee password can be reset based on request
