eLMS is an online
Leave Management System that makes the life of HR people
easy by handling all aspects of Leave Management without
the need of any paperwork. Different types of users - HR
staff, Managers and Employees - can straight away start
using the package without any prior training. Users can
access eLMS through any standard browser. The Software
will be installed at customer premises and users can
access the data through customer’s intranet/internet
network.
eLMS can work as an
independent package or can be integrated with Payroll21 -
the payroll processing package from Topsys.
