A new version of Account21 is available now which is
designed exclusively for Non-profit organisations.
The two new reports from this version are the 'Income
& Expense Statement' and the 'Receipts & Payments Statement'.
While the 'Income & Expense Statement' replaces the
'P&L Statement' in the standard Account21, the 'Receipts
& Payments Statement' is a new report.
The 'Receipts & Payments Statement' gives a summary
of receipts and payments of all bank and cash accounts
and balances the amount with respect to the opening
and closing balances. From this statement, user can
drill down to an individual cash/bank payment/receipt
voucher.
Apart from the above two statements, all other standard
accounting reports/functions (trial balance, balance
sheet, cash book, bank book, ledger report, cost center,
budget, multiple organisations, bank reconciliation,
Account21 Explorer, monthly income & expense statement,
log file, back-up/restore utilities, repair utilities
etc. etc.) are available as part of this version. This
version will not have sales/purchase related reports/functions.
